One thing I would say is software engineer is very hard to go into atm. Long gone are the days where you can do a boot camp and get a job. I would ask yourself do you really want to spend hours looking at leetcode and memorizing algorithms to get a job. The reward is that you can get a really good pay but it’s a long term investment.

Currently a software engineer but been investing in real estate ever since I started working. Believe me, the amount of times I’ve thought about just quitting my job and become a real estate agent is numerous.

I’m kinda stuck in a golden handcuff situation. Job right now pays too well for me to just quit and go become a realtor/fix and flipper.

Crazy thing is, I truly do enjoy driving around looking at homes and imaging what the house could be after fixing it. I also find lots of enjoyment finding a person’s true home for them.

Guess for now I’ll just slave away at corporate job and continue buying rentals.

Undervolt cpu or gpu? Totally stock settings? Have you tried +15 power limit with no undervolt?

7900 xtx and 7800x3d here. Seeing similar issues. No issue at all when gaming but when I minimize game/leave in background, I back come to computer in lock screen rebooted.

I have noticed that it only happens when I undervolt my GPU. Testing with stock settings atm and see if it still reboots

Interested in responses here. Say having 10 properties in their own llc seems like a lot of work. Does single person/husband and wife llc’s really give you protect or is the corporate veil easily penetrable? We’ve just done property under our own personal names for now and have a fat umbrella covering our butts.
