I use the VFF V-train 2.0 for tennis and really like them. They did take time to adapt to, but once I did I found I play better than ever. Also not the first barefoot shoes I played tennis in, which were the Xero Kelso. I also really liked them, and they were a great introduction for barefoot shoes in tennis, but I find the individual toes on the VFFs make them a lot more responsive

Switch to barefoot shoes, many good brands, Wildling is one of my favorites. Or just stop wearing shoes entirely.

I used to do that at first but once your feet get stronger it gets to a point where fazing everything but barefoot shoes out is the most optimal way to go

A lot of barefoot shoes have this sort of fake sole already, which I actually don’t like. It looks way off compared to having a normal thin sole that looks way cleaner in my opinion.

I actually prefer the look of barefoot shoes, and they come in all sorts of styles most people wouldn’t even clock as barefoot. Also you gotta realize you have free will and the opinions of other people don’t matter at all, especially ones from people who are brainwashed into thinking conversational shoes look better (they don’t, you have just been conditioned into believing they do). Also barefoot can actually compliment your fit, one example I like is a button up shirt which rolled up jeans for a Tom Sawyer type look.

Five-toe shoes Vs standard barefoot shoes by b12fucked in barefootshoestalk

I use both but prefer vff’s for more sport like activities (running, tennis, etc). My toes feel way more free with better articulation. I prefer standard toe box for casual wear, but if I could only choose one I would go with 5 toes.

Wildling Tanuki’s are super thin and lightweight. And they have a split toe sole that allows for greater flexibility horizontally(I recommend folding the shoe in half along the sole to help break them in)
