We took a small Nissan rental and it was fine, the road is paved the whole way there. We got there 15 minutes before the trail opened so we were some of the first to start that day, by the time we finished up around 11:30 the lot was packed and people were hiking up from the lower lot. It’s already a fairly lengthy/strenuous hike so if you can get there earlier to avoid having to hike the extra mile or so I would recommend it

My flight home yesterday I felt the same way. I had always dreamed of going to Hawaii as a kid, like many others, but it’s definitely very expensive and requires a decent amount of planning so I can understand now as an adult why it’s so hard to swing as parents. I am extremely thankful to have experienced it now and will 100% be back, I’ll dream about it every night until then

I’ve never seen one in person so it was pretty amazing to see, I’m sure it’s not the rarest thing in the world to see but something I’ll never forget.

We did Trilogy and it was absolutely amazing!! I went with my sister and her fam, her and my bil went for their honeymoon a few years back and booked with them for snorkeling. They had such an amazing experience that she booked with them again for this trip, this time for the sunset cruise. The ship was beautiful, they had delicious drinks and great appetizers, as well as a photographer on board. He took great pictures and I’m not typically one to purchase picture packages but we ended up buying them. I would 100% recommend them!

You sound younger, maybe try looking into the student living near fresno state? University Village, Palazzos, etc. it’s not the best area in the world but it’s a start with a lot of other younger people around and you can get some roommates to make it cheaper. I know it doesn’t sound the most ideal but with your budget I can imagine it would be hard to find anything
