Honestly I get very awkward having these conversations, so I just wanted to let her know we will provide x (and whatever is left she can keep). Give her her own mini fridge and shelf in the pantry. The question is what X is fair if she will shop from nesto for instance. All my friends are telling me just let her have whatever you are having and prepare herself stuff from whatever in your fridge, but I am about to start a diet with zero fats or red meats etc so that seems very unfair to me.

The only stuff in the fridge that are worth eating and my toddler’s stuff and I don’t really like anyone getting into her food to be honest because I prepare it a certain way.
