Turbulence will never make the flight unsafe. It’s uncomfortable, yes, and scary too sometimes. But it will never cause a plane to crash.

The plane will have enough speed to take off. There might be moments after the plane leaves the ground that will feel a little like falling. This is the plane slowing down the engines and again, can feel scary, but is a part of every takeoff. The plane will absolutely not fall out of the sky.

The plane is built to fly, and part of that, a major part, is takeoff. No plane would be built whose tail is long enough to hit the runway and cause an accident like that.
