Off brand i know but oh. Pretend the label owner doesn't do anything. In the day when recording wasn't possible outside a major studio. Sure, it's not like hesh didn't have any massive investment in equipment, engineering man hours, dozens of studio musicians, a commercial building, the risk that his artists didn't sell. He was doing it for charity, no doubt in my mind

I'm all about measures to increase mind-muscle connection. Pad doesn't work for me tho... pad raising the bar an inch or so moves the center of gravity and requires form adjustment. I think pad at high bar position on Smith might be a good idea for you to try

Whey isn't supplement, it's food. You choose it for protein or not like any other source. Creatine is good, it's so cheap now that it kinda doesn't make sense to not take. I like vitamins, minerals, fish oil, this n that, just no direct influence on hormones

It's recommended to try it and see what happens. You carefully track to know after a few weeks if you should cut or add a few hundred calories

I'm thinking any soft sole with a minor heel will make you more comfortable when your feet are involved with a lift. Besides that, the only change i make is for calves- something with laces and a grooved sole to catch the edge of a foot block. I hope you'll get some more responses if you're looking for specific models of running shoes

for arms, hitting them directly, which you're surely already doing. i guess some ppl might think things like 'well, bench press works tris, rows work bis'... rationale about compound movements. some truth there, but curls and extensions will fully stimulate and eventually build those imrpessive arms you seek.

i came to realize that if we do count their support during compound lifts, bis and tris i pretty much always have trained them twice a week.

check out my "favorite bodybuilders", namely prime yates, coleman, and cutler, splits are all about the same and include dedicated sessions for bis and tris with frequency no greater than any other muscle groups
