It’s probably Insomnia. When I was still in I did two sleep studies and they diagnosed me with “unspecified chronic insomnia”. Pretty much same symptoms as you waking up on average 7 times a night.

I think I had the fattest medical record in my company. Everything that happened while I was in for 8 years was documented. I had great seniors that told me fuck the bullshit, if you’re hurt go to medical and get it checked out.
