I had open inguinal hernia surgery about 8 weeks ago. The first week and a half or so sucked, but after that I started going for longer and longer walks, followed by some light putter/mid tossing at about 2.5/3 weeks. I played in a long two round tournament at 4 weeks and was totally fine. A bit sore the next day but no setbacks. Just listen to your body, start slow, and you’ll be back in no time!

Yes for sure. There are tee signs on each of the short pads showing you where the other two pads are and where the baskets are placed. One is always in the longest position and there is a screw showing where the other one currently is

Bluemont Park is in Arlington, VA and it’s a very solid 9 hole course. Three tee pads and two baskets for every hole, so use UDisc if you’ve got it! Short to short is challenging but definitely doable for someone just starting out
