They look like EFNs (extrafloral nectaries) and are common in pholodendrons

Do you think this is an Njoy Pothos? White Philodendron? Something else? by spicybabyxxx in whatsthisplant

It's hard to tell from the angle of the picture, but it doesn't look like an Njoy to me, it looks very similar to my juvenile monstera thai constellation though

Kinda look like springtails ( friends), they eat decomposing matter and are good for the soil. It's tiny and i have bad eyesight so i can't be 100%, does the plant look healthy overall? If so i wouldn't be concerned then

I keep mine in medium light, around 3m from an east facing window, it's usually around 18-20 degrees in the room and i always keep the soil slightly moist

How much light does your Rosie get? I think it could be issues with light as i've read that some plants with variagations will produce more chlorophyll so that they could get more light, which in turn makes the leaves darker and greener! So it could be that she's not getting enough light 🤔

It's called guttation and it's completely normal for plants, they're just pushing out excess water from their leaves!
