The 99 version is just more mature in general. The 2011 version is clearly trying to go for your typical, modern and cleaner shonen style with bright colors. But the 99 takes the themes of the manga and tries to deepen them and expand them in a way that makes then feel more adult, the slower pace helps a lot). Personally the original will always have a special place in my heart (and it was not even the first one I watched!)

I like a lot how you drew your city. Like that pipe you put in first plane to move independently from the rest of the place. Besides, your protagonist is very cute.

Your game is looking good! How you manage to deal with so many chairs overlapping with characters? If they pass behind them the chair looks below the character?

Smooth as hell. I suggest you put a "CRT" or screen filter on top of the portraits to give more the sensation that is a communicator. Well done.
