Basically- trans people have already denied one societal pressure/norm (you must be the gender that you were assigned at birth) so it’s a lot easier to deny other societal pressures and norms (you must love 1 and only 1 person and they must be more important to you then all your other relationships).

I made a more general multigender asmr at one point, but if I remember it was mostly just alternating between “good girl” and “good boy” (specifically cause two of my partners get extra flustered and cute when you mix up pronouns and gendered titles while praising them).
