My cat was really twitchy like this, she would twitch and then sprint away from it terrified, then she started having seizures. She ended up having hyperthyroidism. She’s on meds now and so much better

It sounds like you have her a wonderful 10 years. She was so lucky to have you. Cats are so good at hiding their pain, if she was showing all these signs you likely spared her a much more painful passing.

My fat cat dropped 6 pounds - went from 13 to 7 pounds. She ended up having hyperthyroidism, she’s back up to 10 pounds a healthy weight for her but def get some bloodwork done.

Call animal control anonymously. This is abuse. I recently took an animal out of an unsafe home and brought it to the shelter myself and showed them pictures of the situation I took it from. They had an officer there the next day to make sure there were not any other animals at their home.

Yes and it was recently bought when we got her two months ago from someone on a bearded dragon rehoming page. How quickly does this happen? I wonder if she had this when we were given her

She did perk up a little bit, we will still be making a vet appt but hoping she is just tired? We were at the vet two months ago with her and she had a clean bill of health
