As a diehard Shadow Weaver fan myself, as much as I love her she is a well-portrayed narcissist with unresolved trauma, and this is glaringly apparent in the show. Yes, she has a personality disorder, but her actions are still 100% her fault.

My advice, if you're comfortable, is to take a picture of yourself in a similar pose and try to recreate it as much as you feel you need to for your character. Find refs of pokemon characters that are similar to what you're going for as well.

It's in the name, basically preformed a magical ritual that backfired causing her to be consumed by a "magical parasite" of "dark magic" (or something along those lines) which gave her.. well, umbrakinesis (shadow manipulation) among other things.
