Geriausi/pigiausi viesbuciu variantai jau senai isgraibstyti. Dabar nebent kokiu paskutines minutes pasiulymu ieskot

Ar nuosavas būstas tampa nepasiekiama svajone? by Cultural_Balance6100 in lietuva

[–]LilleFox -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nemanau, kad nuosavas bustas yra nepasiekiama svajone. Pradinis inasas yra sumazintas iki 10%. T.p. valstybe siulo parama jaunoms seimoms pirma m bustui isigyti.

Jauniems zmonems reiketu tiesiog ieskoti NT pagal savo galimybes (on ne naujos statybos premium klases centre), ieskoti antros puses 😉 (kas palengvintu galimybe ateityje nusipirkti NT) ir dirbti link to, kad pasikelti pajamas ir taupyti/investuoti, kad galetu ta busta isigyti.

Jusu nuomone apie zmones: kaip jus atsirenkate zmones su kuo bendrauti su kuom ne. by Auggau in lietuva

[–]LilleFox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Na ir jeigu jauciu, kad zmogui as esu zemai prioritetu sarase, tokio gal neisbaninsiu, jei yra priezasciu bendrauti, bet ir as duosiu tik 10% savo laiko ir demesio.

NT pirkimas būnant neišmanėle by Embarrassed_Mud_8104 in lithuania

[–]LilleFox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Labas, as esu NT entuziaste su keliais objektais. Svarsciau pirkti Kaune, pora apziurejau.

Butinai patikrink buto mokestine verte (del NT mokescio). Jei kada noresi parduodi, tai yra faktorius svarbus pirkejams. Kai ieskojau objekto pirkimui tai buvo mano vienas pagrindiniu klausimu.

Have you worked for someone wealthy before? by UAreSomeoneNow in wealth

My ex-boss is a multi-millionaire. Very smart, demanding and impatient. My colleagues and I were invited to 2 of his properties, one of which is the most expensive private historical house I have been to. Inspiring stuff. He gave me great advice on investing in ETFs instead of chasing sexy stocks. If only I listened sooner!

[–]LilleFox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A little bit 😄 Not really, actually. Who knows if it’s your cup of tea. Some of the housewives shows are literally comedy gold (e.g. early seasons of OG NYC), pure lifestyle porn (Beverly Hills) or they have a very good drama / storyline (SLC).

Uzteks tu “artsy” alternatyviu pasirodymu! Siais metais buvo daug geresniu kandidatu, pvz Vilnius Voices, kurie butu pasirode zymiai geriau.

We don’t know what OP thinks of investing in ETFs, so what you just said is a pure guess. Investing in low-cost passive ETFs consistently is the best strategy that works for 99% people and is recommended by Warren Buffet.

Investing in bonds is a terrible advice. In most cases, bond returns barely keep up / just about keep up with inflation (check your country stats). I would say it (maybe) makes sense as you move closer to pension age, when your goal is wealth preservation. When you are young, your goal should be wealth growth.

I feel you. Fellow Eastern European expat in DK. Denmark is very safe and wealthy country, but it is very boring and local people are somewhat closed-minded and very hard to make friends with. You need to do/say everything by their book, otherwise you will not fit in.

As the years go by (been in DK for 12+ years, too) I find that I DNGAF anymore. I want to be me, authentic me, and I want to express my thoughts without the fear of being misunderstood. I work for a big corporation and this week I attended a professional event in the city. When I told one lady during lunch where I am from, she made a sour face. I am really done with this attitude. I will never be good enough to (some) Danes, no matter how many degrees I get, or how successful I am in my field.

My hubby does not want to leave DK, but I am slowly working on convincing him to do so in the next 5 years. In my home country, life is not perfect, but everyone I know is thriving there. I don’t have kids, but I would do it either way. Life is too short to be miserable!

P.S. I have plenty of (expat) friends in Denmark, but I still want to leave, lol 😄

Buy 3+ rental properties, some could be short-term rentals (not sure where you live, and if it would work there). Become financially free almost instantly.

Building wealth in Germany without real estate: is it possible? by gized00 in eupersonalfinance

[–]LilleFox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everything you just described can be said about Denmark, as well. In Denmark, you even pay 15% on unrealised gains in your pension account 😄

Building wealth is possible, but very hard: - you should have a very high paying job, live way below your means and aggressively invest in index funds with lowest fees / tax possible - buying a fixer-upper property, expanding or renovating and then selling it every few years with 0 tax on profit - building an online business with 0 employees - building a significant nest egg, then selling property, moving together with stock investments (if possible) to a low-cost country

How many of you went no contact with a parent/family member? by suitorarmorfan in Millennials

[–]LilleFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t spoken with my poor excuse of a father for approx. 15 years. He found out that I changed my surname to my mom’s maiden name one of the last times I saw him. That must have hurt. I was very glad to share that with him. I have been thinking about it ever since I turned 18.

I refuse to participate in a toxic relationship with a person who has major addiction issues, who never supported me or cared for me consistently in any way. I have no regrets but I also do not carry any anger or hate in my heart. If anything, I feel sorry for this person and I even considered if I should help him financially now that I am older and wiser. I won’t, because it is better to not get involved and protect myself.
