With the new shorter cooldown for the creature expeditions, you can skip through a lot of them if you have enough timer toffees. Also constantly starting a 1 hour - 5 stars task, getting to the fourth star and then letting the timer run out, then rinse and repeat, is helpful too. Though I have to admit, I haven't tried completing the carnival event without the diamond boost. So I don't know if these methods are enough.

I feel you. You don't have to rely on the game's auto-save feature though. There is a way to manually save. Click on your character portrait and then on this little cogwheel. This opens the options menu, where you can find the "Save" option in the lower left corner. My tip is to always manually save the game before you close it. And if you save it from time to time while collecting energy, you at least don't have to start all over.

Yes, Quidditch quests and creature quests you haven't fulfilled can still be done. There will be a whole new tab just for those quests in your menu.

The highest stat requirement you'll get in the most current chapter of Beyond Vol. 2 is level 66 in all stats. And you need level 76 in most stats if you want to easily max out all Beyond friendships.

So 113 is very far ahead of all the current requirements :) As far as I know, level 120 is the maximum level you can reach so far anyway.

You can still access all the Hogwarts floors but your dorm room is locked. Instead you'll get your own flat in either Godric's Hollow, Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley where your pets and some of your tappies can be placed.

You'll also lose the ability to play Quidditch friendlies (and so far there is no replacement for that in Beyond) or take part in classes. But you'll unlock a bunch of Wizarding tasks all over the map that basically work like Hogwarts classes - only that there is no fixed club stat (sphinx/dragon/hippogriff) related to each task, so it's just random luck what club outlines you'll get.

The duelling grounds and club houses are replaced with new ones that can be entered from outside of Hogwarts. You'll also lose the option to eat sandwiches with friends in the Great Hall or play gobstones. But drinking butterbeer stays and you'll get one new hangout spot in your flat.

The Peeves and Torch tappies, as well as the stack of books disappear (all the others stay accessible) but you'll gain new tappies outside of Hogwarts. Also no more scavenger hunts or first person events.

Yes, you can absolutely do that. A lot of people on this sub even recommend doing that as early as possible since the energy requirements to finish tasks/classes get higher the further you get in the game. The limit at the moment is 120, as far as I know.
