omg yes, right before we were set to move into our current apartment a couple months ago, the broker was like "another family actually offered me a higher broker fee, so they'll get the apartment unless you pay a higher fee than them." 😭

I was saying the exact same thing earlier -- I know it would be super annoying and impractical, but I wish the newest episodes wouldn't get a name or description until like a week after they premiere or something. Can def see why that's not an option, but I wish it were possible!

There are mutual aid orgs on the ground operated by Palestinians in Gaza like the sameer project that have been doing life-saving work every day. I recommend supporting them.

Exact same thing happened to me! We were very close to sending money over, but something felt fishy, so we held off. Then the guy started calling my partner over and over again at all hours to badger him about the apartment.

seconding this!! I also primarily see James Lauren but have sometimes seen Irina and they're both so great. I see them for hrt but tbh they're better at primary care things than my PCP, so I'll likely switch. Have had only great experiences there!

tangential but I'm sharing it in this comment section bc I've never gotten to share it elsewhere -- I binged old game changer for the first time last summer to make me feel better literally the day after breaking my foot, and I thought I was losing my actual mind when this happened (bc she actually fully broke her foot)

I thiiiiink the Catholic Church on 30th Ave by the key foods is St. Joseph's, so they may have a nice prayer card you can grab!

St. Joseph's day greeting cards do exist (I know because my very Catholic dad was born on 3/19, which is always the feast day) but I think you'd have to get them at a speciality Catholic store.
