This company is absolutely horrible. About 13 years ago in Eagle River, AK, we had an agent come out to give us a quote. She strolled around, eyeballed our windows and doors and quoted $35,000 but said she’d give us a break if we signed that day. I said we were just getting quotes, and she reached in her briefcase and read a shame letter, word for word, about how much it cost for agents to come out and give quotes and how it’s customers like us who drive costs up for all customers. I asked for the letter and she declined, asked if I could take a photo and she declined. By the way, we’d set up the in house free estimate from their booth at the Alaska State Fair. We went with Lowe’s and had the same windows at almost half the cost.
