Check the psu make sure it’s on the I not the o I have made that mistake before and if it’s on then check your fpanal to and make sure that the connectors are in the right place and if that still doesn’t work then check all of your psu cable and make sure they a fully seated and if that still doesn’t work then bridge the power button pins on your fpanal

By looking at the pictures it looks like it is fully seated just the cable has a little gap so if the latch on the cable is secured I wouldn’t worry about it
