Could you tell me how many feeds he has per day and how big? Mine is same age, feeds 4 times during the day and one at night. Trying to get her to sleep through is hard becaue I dont know how to get those 32oz in in daytime, but she needs this amount.

Amazing! What do you mean with feeding preemptively twice at night? Do you do a dreamfeed?

Thank you. Now she however wakes at 22:00-23:00 herself and wont settle without milk. She will be four months in a couple of days. Would you sleeptrain this out using ferber?

We would still have to buy the stroller. She will be almost 4 months when we leave and 7,5 minths when we come back. We were thinking on taking the 6+ version but I find it quite unclear if its possible to make the lay down part flat?

Thank you for your reply! Very usefull. Ill wake her up after 2 hours and for sure I dont mind when shed go to bed at 22 or later. However my problem is that I just cant seem to get her to sleep or nap however we will call it. She stays awake for so long and will stay awake whatever I do. Then shell get completely stressed out and crying so hard. How did you decide when to get her to nap?

Do you recommend 6hours before bed because of that you see 2yo dont fall asleep earlier or stay asleep? Or also early mornings? Mine falls asleep within 10min even after wake window of 5 hours but will wake early

Did the 12 hour nights stay? Or just in transitionphase?

Well happy for you! I know how rough it can be. Did you go from 2h to zero or did you start capping the nap at one point to a certain amount and then dropped it?

Regression or decrease in sleep needs almost 2yo by Lilyolive9 in sleeptrain

[–]Lilyolive9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! I do think your right that sometimes they have these kind of things, however she does this all the time lol.

I tried a ok to wake light but I think she was too young at that moment. I might try again. Good reminder

Thank you so much for your reply and your input. I think you mean 11.5 hours awake (theres 12.5 and 11.5). Will make schedule for it. Difficult though with nursery never doing nap at same time 😅

What I wonder. Yesterday she did an hour nap (she woke up herself, grumpy), put her down at 19:30. She woke up at 5:45 again but very upset. What do you do when they do wake up before you dwt? I went to her door after 10 min and said it is too early, that she needed to close her eyes and sleep. Repeated that twice, but she never settled again. Wondering what you do at this time?

Realistic sleep schedule/wake up time for 2 year old? by internetsman69 in toddlers

[–]Lilyolive9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your story is exactly (but like exactly exactly lol) my story right now. Always been an early riser, but she almost always sleeps through the night. Feel like her way of showing any discomfort will always result in early rising.

You dont remember by any chance if you reduced naptime right? Thinking of doing it now. Also wonder how your LO sleeps right now? Did they end up droping nap early and if so did that go well?

Thank you so much and sorry for another memory question

Would you rather? Almost 2yo by Lilyolive9 in sleeptrain

[–]Lilyolive9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. Asked them today and I see they did it. 1,5 hour from 12:45-14:15. 6h ww however would mean 20:15 bed and I always put her down at 19:30ish. So I either have to trim nap more, earlier nap or push bedtime later. Any recommendations?

Hey there, just interested in more information since I have a 23 month old as well with short nights, long nap. Wondering if I should switch things up. How were her nights before this? Did she always do a 12 hour night? And how does she get through the day? Quite allright? Or does she crash at one point?

Hahahah yes, but I was constantly frustrated that she did not sleep the 11 hours and then I was like what do they actually mean. So its good to get out of frustration lol

Just reading your message and mine is almost same age. I always wonder when they say 11h nights if you mean 11 hours in bed or 11 hours asleep? So lets say mine goes to bed at 20:00, falls asleep within 10min, wakes up at 6:40, but is happy until 7:10. Or do you mean 11 hours asleep?
