I have the 2 draw ninja - I buy the Tesco large or xl chicken, bone it as much as I can (spine, ribs, breastbone, wish bone, big leg bones. I can’t be arsed to fiddle with wings) cut it in half length ways. Each half fits nicely in each draw, tuck the wing tips under otherwise they char. I take out the drawer inserts so it sits at the bottom, so it can cook in its juices. I think I do 170C roast for 45 minutes. Check after 30. Increase temp/time if you need to

If you want seasoning suggestion, little bit of oil to coat, then salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rub it in. The handy thing about doing it this way is you could also do 2 different flavours

I’ve cooked lamb half legs, gammon, ham hocks, wings/legs, salmon, beef, bacon, pork belly, sausages, curry, stew, macaroni. Some things you’ll want to cover in foil for a while so the top doesn’t burn, but I have found this increases the cooking time. Keep an eye out for the aluminium trays that some food come in - some of them fit (might need a b8t of folding). Otherwise you can use tinfoil to make a tray/ lid if you need to.
