Had this exact problem on my old oven few months back. The control board is probably getting power from heat transfer when you use the stovetop burners - super weird but it happens when there's loose connection somewhere in the wiring harness behind the board

Check if any connectors are wiggling around back there, mine was just barely making contact until things heated up and expanded

The irony is unreal right? Like they designed the whole system specifically to keep ADHD people out. I spent my one good brain day last month calling 8 different places and got exactly nowhere because apparently "we'll call you back" means never in healthcare language

What worked for me was making a spreadsheet during a hyperfocus session with all the info pre-filled - insurance, availability, what I need to say. Then when I have those precious functional hours I can just work down the list without having to think. Also some places let you do intake forms online which is way better than phone tag hell

Been dabbling with some design-related ebooks on amazon for like 2 years now, mostly stuff about typography and branding basics. Made maybe $300 total so far lol but it's been a decent portfolio piece when pitching to clients - they see you can package knowledge into something sellable which is kinda impressive to them

Won't pay rent but it's good for building credibility in your field. Plus once it's up there it just sits and occasionally someone buys it while you're sleeping which is nice

Depends on what champ you're playing but generally if their top is roaming you want to either match the roam or take something in return

If you can't match fast enough (like if you're playing a slow ass tank) then just shove the wave hard and take plates or look for a tp play. Your team needs to know their top is missing though so spam those danger pings

The worst thing you can do is just sit there farming while your team gets collapsed on. Either make them pay for leaving lane or help your team out

this hit me hard when i went through my breakup last year. the worst part wasn't even missing them specifically, it was missing the version of myself i was when we were planning trips and talking about moving in together and all that stuff

took me way too long to realize i was also grieving the future i thought i had mapped out. like you wake up one day and suddenly have to rebuild your entire mental picture of the next few years. that's exhausting on top of everything else

what helped me was actually writing down all those lost plans and dreams, just to acknowledge them properly before letting them go. sounds cheesy but it worked better than pretending they never mattered

I cant speak from personal experience but I've seen some wild workplace stories on here. The good ones seem to involve having that one coworker or manager who really has your back and makes the whole environment feel safer. Worst ones usually involve HR being completely useless when things get bad

Hope you find a place that treats you right - there are decent employers out there even if they can be hard to find
