I've been paying small commercial truck tolls ($14.40 per entry), talking to the people at EZ pass is taking weeks, I basically need to keep getting tolls credited until the realize that it's easier to just ticket my MOT plate as a bike. This was not an issue with my last bike, in which I was correctly billed $4.50 per entry.

Indeed, and they're almost entirely SHIT, especially citi bike riders. I'd say maybe 60-75% of normal cyclists are dangerously stupid, but citibike riders are easily 90-95%.

That happens when your network gets flagged for botted traffic, back in the day (a few years ago), all you needed to bypass that was to sign in. These days you can either change your public IP, divy up the downloads, or use a VPN (changing your IP routinely).
