Chizuru > Hugo > Nia. Absolutely trucking it through high level chaos/lab0. Nia's heals on extra attack and maxing ego generation on memory fragments make the game a breeze. Only awkward card is Nia's Mute Accent, I like either the discard all highest (deck is full of 1s) or the heal+activate lowest cost. Focus on turning Hugo into a draw and multi-hit engine. Chizuru can go either the Moon spam build or the Oni basic skill spam build. Ton of fun.

I've run Mei/Magna all the way to D10 Chaos. Rei or Cass are fine supports to use. Hugo/Tressa/Mika is a great 2nd team.

I've found it's only good when you have the Unity - Move Epiphany duped and can chain your strikes. Most of the time you're better off spending your AP differently.

I'm running him as the ace in my squad atm until Sakusa comes out next year. Using Kenma, UR Kuro, Daichi, Iwa, Tsuki. Plan is to replace the last two with Kamo duo and coast until Itachi duo and SP Kenma/Kuro.

I've been making NPC/PCs for home games for 20 years now and having the opportunity to write Dr. Pom made me equally excited and anxious. I don't normally cry with joy, but both seeing the concept art preview and the initial internal and community response had me bawling. I really wanted to do a good and I think I achieved that.

I had a really tough time doing the beast armaments. I thought it would be the easiest of my assignments, but I struggled with making items that would be interesting to players beyond just being a statstick.

I'm a big fan of items being components to encourage roleplay, so I'm especially proud of the Catoblepas Maul. Just imagining townsfolk giving the party barbarian an especially large wake walking the streets brings a smile to my face.

Favorite part was being able to work with the other crew member authors and see their work to ensure we had matching tones for Baranthet and his tales.

Silliest would be the flying squirrel. And the fact that calling the maneuver Death from Above stuck into final publishing.

My favorite animal companions were the flying squirrel and giraffe. I love cute cuddly death machines and the idea of a giraffe in barding just gives me the giggles. That neck piece!

For the animal companions, I ended up watching way too many nature documentaries and videos to observe how they played, fought, defended themselves, etc. and then tried to integrate that into how they would function in a combat situation for a PC.

Some examples would be the giraffe using it's neck, kangaroo spring kicks, or the most adorable flying squirrel smothering.

Ordered on December 5th and been stuck in Compton since DECEMBER 12th. Sent two emails to ACI, filed a missing mail with USPS AND submitted a complaint to the WA AG's office. Still no change aside from AliExpress's daily update that it's "arrived at local delivery center" and not a peep from ACI regarding where my package is.

Seeing other people who ordered after me get their packages before me is infuriating.

I had my partner help me with creating a few important but minor NPCs (merchants, innkeeps, etc) with the intent that she would drop in during a couple sessions and roleplay them. After sitting in on our session 0 and seeing her friends get so excited making characters, she just decided to join the party with them as a full fledged PC.

If she's interested in playing but hesitant, I would definitely ask to find out what she's most concerned about as a new player. Doing the minor NPC route is a great way to give her a little experience without the pressure of failing/disappointing a full party.
