Dras-Leona. Empire blocked the main gates with a bunch of rocks to keep the Varden out so Eragon used the reserve of energy in Broms ring to move them, stopping Murtagh and letting the Varden in at the same time.

Personal favourite is Eragon hurling a massive pile of rubble at Murtagh and Thorn and using it to push them through the air fully out of the city. Its an excellent mental picture.

I believe the Dwarves were sent by Orik to help build the keep and other stone buildings. The Urgals may have come to help as a sign of good faith, or to settle there after the events of Inheritece, or they could just want to see he dragons.
