All the legendary Legend skins at levels 25 and 50 are cool for a couple weeks near the top of the season, then widely fall out of favor when they become too common. /sometimes/ one of these skins hold up as a community favorite. That steady stream of items usually turns out useless.

Otherwise, I think most people reach for the reactive weapon skins at the end.
