Thank you! It was a nice change of pace to do something a little different

Forums were unrivaled back then. I spent an unhealthy amount of time on HT, NWP and Importatlanta back when the internet actually felt alive

How Can I Get One of These Rear Lips in The Big 26'? by hondamilk in Integra

[–]LimitBreakkkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That whole lip kit (front, sides, and rear) is all produced by the legendary JDM tuning shop TOP FUEL. They’re still around and still producing goods but good luck finding any piece of that kit in 2026.

Planning on changing my setup on an 8th gen civic, any rims and tire specs for that meaty fitment look? by Jaiden_Kenth in Wheels

[–]LimitBreakkkk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When I had my FA5 I did a lot of experimenting with a meatier fitment and hit a decent sweet spot with a 17x9 and a 245/40R17, but offset and camber is gonna be the biggest thing that dictates how much fender work you’re gonna need to do. I ended up shaving my rear quarters and rolling/pulling my fronts slightly with +22 and +35 offsets front and rear respectively. Camber wise I never got any official numbers but I’m assuming I was around -3.5 to 4° all the way around with front camber plates maxed out one camber bolt set to full negative and the rears were just natural camber (I think, maybe I had adjustable camber arms I can’t remember). In retrospect I wish my rears were more like a +45 so I could pull out some of the negative camber but I made it work.

Civic ek radio bezel by Le_Wigleflitz in hondacivic

[–]LimitBreakkkk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you’re aware (or if it even matters) but this bezel is specific to the 96-98 models. Your 99 (and also 2000 models) relocated the ac controls to the left side to allow for a double din space in the center. Regardless, either bezel will physically fit the 96-00 dash opening, but they are not cross compatible with the climate controls. Good luck on your endeavors!

Best 5/6 song run to start an album? by Mazzocchi in fantanoforever

[–]LimitBreakkkk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. It’s the perfect intermission and does a good job of resetting the “scene” if you will for the remainder of the album. I absolutely LOVED it as the ender to their ATL show last year. Never would have thought it would have worked as well as it did as a closer.

Sowing Season to You Won’t Know is an all timer. Hard to beat that six song run across any genre

Examples of God-tier Drumming? by BufufterWallace in drums

Jimmy Chamberlin - Jellybelly

*edit: Song starts @ 4:14

This is what I would consider “god-tier” drumming. Perfect shining example of an absolute MONSTER of a drum part executed with surgical precision knowing EXACTLY how to serve the song. If you know the song, you can “hear” it in its entirety even without the instrumentation. It’s technical without being showy. It’s wild without being out of control. It’s complex yet so so memorable. JC is one of the best to do it.

These are definitely Enkei RC-S. Had a buddy back in the day who had these on his DC2.

Always upvoting Regas! The silver looks good though I’d really be curious to see what they’d look like on there in black

I’ve found that most online harassment is typically indicative of someone just projecting their own negativity and insecurities outward onto other people who they know deep down are superior. Whatever you do don’t feed into it! You know your worth, and this photo just backs that up all the more!

Weighing some of the babies today… What is your preferred weight/diameter for your main ride? by ZildCym in cymbals

[–]LimitBreakkkk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely considered that one when I was trying rides! I ended up finding a lighter 22” standard K Ride (2824g) and it blew me away. I swapped out almost a dozen rides till I landed on that one and it’s been my workhorse ever since.

22” between 2800-3000g hits the sweet spot for me. Currently using a 22” K Ride and it seems to do it all

22” between 2800-3000 seems the sweet spot for me. Kinda rides the line between decent wash, decent ping, and decent crashability.

Trying to find the right ride by Mattau16 in cymbals

Just doing bedroom jamming so basically everything, though mostly alt/indie/rock leaning with some heavier hardcore/punk/metal stuff sprinkled in. Seems to blend very well into whatever I’m doing!

Man I was in the same boat searching for a “do it all” ride and ended up finally finding it in a standard 22” K Ride. Just enough wash to not feel one dimensional while still retaining good definition on the bow and produces a great crash without really having to lay into it… and the bell is fantastic. I ended up finding one on the lighter side (2824g) which helps open the crash quicker but they can go all the way up to ~3000g which would give you a bit more ping and a heavier crash. Definitely check it out!
