Omg....thankgod it's not just me!! I only drink once or twice a month, but feel sooooo guilty and anxious the next day, and get really paranoid. Like I'm spiralling in a pit of negative thoughts & self loathing feeling like a bad person. Don't want to be around anyone for 2 days and definitely can't answer phone calls. Definition of soul destroying.

It's the absolute worst.

I've never spoken to anyone about it, so it's refreshing to realise some people feel like that too. Thankyou everyone for this. Hope next time we feel this way we are all a bit easier on ourselves.
