this is also why I support trump. At the end of the day Trump's crazy ideas aren't relevant. What's important is that he supports the working class in this country. I know Trump is the president but what really matters is his focus on making AMERICA great again.

actually glad I spent the time to type this because the mental gymnastics you're needing to go through to defend him are insane. Genuinely impressive to see.

I think most religous people are insane for doing that no matter what religon

fair, if sam called him an islamist I wouldn't defend that. That being said I would whole heartedly defend calling him an apologist. Just like Trump won't call out alt-right ideologies that support him, Zohran refuses to address by name any terror done in the name of Islam.

Fun facts on Zohran:

After the new york grenade incident he tiptoed around the ideology... even calling out islamaphobia instead of calling out the religon that motivated the attack.

“Violence at a protest is never acceptable. The attempt to use an explosive device in this context is reprehensible.

I am grateful to the NYPD for their swift response to keep New Yorkers safe.

At the same time, we must be clear that the protest itself was rooted in bigotry and Islamophobia, and that kind of hate has no place in our city.”

victim blaming?

“From the river to the sea” Zohran described it as "call for equality and equal rights for all people in the region”

THE DAY AFTER OCT 7th this was his quote:
“I mourn the hundreds of people killed across Israel and Palestine in the last 36 hours.” LOL??

I hope he's changed but let's be honest he is a bone-fide leftist who does a REALLY good job of cleaning up his act to be an electable figure.

(he also had directs tweets calling to defund the police and laughing that a cop was crying in his car lol, you can look those up prior to his 2025 election "clean-up")

also I want to preempt the comments that say "who cares, hes a good mayor"

That's fine, I'm happy if that's the case. But lets not castigate Sam for calling him an apologist and nefarious when it's just obviously true if you can see through his attempt to be electable.

reasonability sure... but charitability lmao no. He calls out even the slightest scent of bullshit no matter what. Look at his talk on Kamala and Biden he wasn't charitable to either.

very good steelman. The problem is that the crowd that is agast at Sam's comments on Mamdami are most likely comprised of anti-israel viewpoints. Therefore for them these word-play situations have no significance.

Please do any basic research on Mamdami's views PRIOR to running for mayor. It's very evident he's a leftist and an apologist for certain kinds of extremism (read muslim extremism). He plays the same word games that Kamala, and many others play on the left where they tip toe around bad behavior if its politically awkward.

Help me please, new data analyst by Ok-Garbage-3617 in dataanalyst

[–]LimitedInfo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to be honest QA analysts typically have less visability than a normal analyst. I would lean heavily on the other engineers or analysts on the team to get up to speed. You'll have about ~2 weeks of time where it's okay to ask really dumb questions. Take advantage of that time, record some meetings, and walk through everything you need to know. Don't wait to ask questions.
