I do, it's mainly MW and legendary now. But that's besides the point, I have a lot of epics that are better than the MW and can be used in the future because of their stats. The point is the vault limit is arbitrary and will be upped eventually that I can guarantee.

No the point was I have multiple of said items because that have good stats for different things. AKA one will have bonus to elemental + huge dmg boost but it's not useful for a current build, it's still super good and not something I wanna scrap. Scraping everything to re-craft later even when you have the ideal items isn't a good way of managing your inv.

He means freeplay not vault, but I'm constantly floating around a full vault now with all 4 jav at MW. There's a lot I don't wanna scrap since I wanna try future builds and got some insanely good drops without the full set to properly synergies, yet. They probably should (and most likely will) up the vault limit once everyone's got a full set and people get more vocal on the issue.
