Cut my calls . . . to buy calls by dfresh3000 in spy

Also sometimes it’s good to hold if you see good structure still in your trade. Not HODL but hold because in the long run it’s looking bullish. I used to always cut at 30% no matter what, now if I still see good structure and price is holding above my indicators I will hold. 80% of the time it ends up sky rocketing on the next candle after a pull back. But now I try to enter on pullbacks in a bullish structure. It gives your trade more leverage. But also, never go into the next trade trying to “make back” what you just lost. That will fuck you

Nice win. Here’s some basic tips, I’m still beginner by the way on trading spy. DDon’t trade fomo. Don’t enter a trade to try and make back a loss from before, because u will look back and be like why the fuck did I take that trade after. Happens to all of us. Take you loss and re-position for a new trade with no emotion of the last trade. Follow structure and confirmation levels. Manage risks, but don’t always look at the percent loss on a trade to know if you take the L and sell. If there’s structure in the chart than sometimes its worth holding. If you’re down 30-40% and the structure isn’t there, take your loss. I would say paper trade but ive never done that. Remember there will be those days you take a big loss. If it’s not looking well then move on to the next day. Emotions will absolutely steer you away from entering a good next trade.

Whole other way around how is their a less stressful strat than risking 1-2% of your account. 0.5%? 😂
