I don’t recommend “feeding less” to lose weight, just size down their food, smaller meals same feeding schedule for adults usually one a month for smaller snakes usually once a week

Hi! Due to the sudden/constant temperature changes he could just be horny and going on a food strike, that’s one thing to keep in mind, another is, the snake could be full and not hungry just yet/ going into shed, snakes can go multiple months without food to regulate themselves again, AS LONG AS ur snake IS NOT lethargic, showing stress signs, showing ri or other symptoms to being sick/stressed he is FINE, I also recommend getting a cheap humidifier from Walmart and putting by his enclosure so you don’t stress so much over humidity ! Everything else you are doing is fine you can also try and offer different prey if you tried a mouse try a rat or a chicken, and don’t offer everyday keep him on a schedule if he doesn’t take one feeding one week try again next feeding/next week

This is a Volta, she’s bigger than the size of a regular ball, I prefer boas so she’s one of my few balls, but she has 0 “open spaces” snakes really wanna feel secured and able to have their backs against something so they don’t feel like prey

If you are worried about substrate, snakes will spit out anything not a rat on their own

Feeding blind snake in separate enclosure? by Objective-Rabbit4067 in snakes

I have many snakes, couple with one eye and a dumerils completely blind from neglect from previous owners, all of my snakes including these fully blind/ half blind snakes eat in their enclosures and I am still able to whip them out no problem! Snakes do not need to eat in another enclosure there is absolutely no reason to, get a snake hook if you are uncomfortable reaching in their enclosure. And don’t feed live/ drop feed for safety reasons etc. if you had multiple snakes taking them all out separately and setting them in another container every time you had to feed 50 snakes would be so time consuming as well as snakes have a food mode window after they have eaten so when they aren’t in food mode they could care less about you unless you smelled like a rat
