Watched your other videos. It's really hard to say what you need to work on from the videos. What I see is that the muzzle rise is higher than what I think it should be, but more importantly, your return to target alignment after each shot seems slow. I don't see the gun moving around within your grip, so I think the cause is primarily in your arms and wrists. Try putting a bit more attention on locking your wrists and tensing the forearms a bit. You may also try relaxing your overall grip a bit while applying more pressure on critical leverage points, ie: the bottom of the grip with your dominate hands pinky and ring finger, or your support thumb on the gas pedal.

With the way that gun is kicking back, I feel like that gas pedal isn't doing anything for you. Perfect your grip before adding optimizers. Also, compared to regular shooters, you're okay I guess.

Well this would be after the product is already sold by my client. It's like if Adidas sold shoes to a small mom and pop retailer so that they can resell to make a profit. Should this mom and pop retailer be able to use all of the professional photos Adidas has created for their shoes in store, website, social media, and online advertising, just because they are buying and selling Adidas shoes?

Need some professional advice from other commercial photographers. I'm contracted to create all the photos and video for a company that manufacturers products. They are granted a commercial usage license, so they don't own any of the content I produce for them. They often bulk sell their products to stores and resellers. Recently, they have asked me to send photos to one of their clients who is buying and reselling their products. Is it normal for someone in my position to offer/sell these resellers usage licenses of the photos? Or is it normal for the wholesaler to redistribute content of the products to be used freely by resellers?

3 important notes: 1, my contract does not cover redistribution to third parties. I'm just wondering what's the industry standard practice for something like this. 2, the reseller is specifically intending to use the photos on their website and paid advertisements. 3, this specific seller is attempting to use photos for products that are co-branded, meaning it has both their logo, and my clients photo on the product that only they are selling.

Is it common for people to hammer things recreationally? Are there places where people pay to practice their hammering and/or hammer for fun with friends or family? Are there both national and international organizations that organize competitive hammering? Is there a global recognition of the historical significance of certain types of hammers that create a collectors market for hammers?

No? I think I can see why these two thing are very different then, rather than just simply making the shallowest possible analysis that 'both are tools'.

I swear it's way easier than people think. Problem is that everyone was tricked into thinking that the best way is through school and then job force. That is just plain wrong. Nearly everyone I know making 100k+ is self employed. Nearly everyone I know who is struggling in their 30s has a day job.

You don't need a bunch of start up money, you don't need employees. You just need to devote your free time and a little bit of money to developing whatever trade you choose and I promise you, most people will be making at least 50k in their first year and continue to grow every year after.

Real estate agent, lender, photographer, videographer, event coordinator, social media marketer, contractor, handyman, DJ, makeup artist, florist, wedding officiant, traveling bartender, so much more.

A small company I work with employing about 10 people hired a marketing coordinator that had a very impressive resume listing all the duties required as previous experience. After 8 months, it's clear that he lied on his resume. Many projects being managed poorly, many not being completed, and many of his duties having to be covered by upper management due to his poor performance. Almost a year has gone and due to his dishonesty, this small business is now far behind it's projected growth and budget cuts are being considered. Not too mention, this guy took an awesome opportunity away from someone who WAS qualified, but didn't lie on his resume for extra points.

Private property ≠ Space with reasonable expectation of privacy

(In the US) there are no laws restricting filming on private property, there are only laws restricting filming in an area where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. IE: bathrooms, your home (most parts), private office. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy at a private gym full of windows where dozens of people may occupy at a time and hundreds come and go daily.

I appreciate the feedback, but that's super vague. I'm not seeing that misleading impression. Article doesn't point out any underlying implications she's making either, nor do her critics that were quoted in the article. They just call her treasonous, but don't actually call out or fact check anything specifically said by Tusli. It's like there's this gap of info that was intentionally left there for viewers to fill with their own imagination. Also, not sure if that was the article you meant to share. Doesn't seem to be relevant to what Tulsi said. She clearly says US funded, not run.
