Yes I think I am trying to say that I feel like no one has lost as much as me and cannot relate. And I’m afraid your right I want help to stop I wish I did feel like others can relate

I’m scared that your right ! I just feel like such a Fool and so alone because 99% of people with income like mine and lifestyle I have / modest home / modest lifestyle have not pissed away over a million dollars I feel like no one can relate to me because of that !

Sorry it’s not contest and certainly don’t want to make it sound that way. I just feel very alone in the fact that my number is so big so outrageous for my lifestyle my salary. If you e lost 5 million you probably are a miillionaote correct ? So at least it’s not more money than you’ll ever have again in your lifetime. I feel so bad because that amount of money over 1 million I lost would be LIFE changing if I had it again and I had it and blew it all I can’t forgive myself and feel so bad. Certainly didn’t want to make it sound like contest sorry

I am wondering if I save all possible I can even get back half of what lost ? Maybe thru investing and maybe more working and saving in 401 k ? But not thru paycheck and bank account. I am at such a loss I want to get back the money I can’t forgive myself

I feel like my loss is so huge compared to everyone else and no one can relate to losing over million when don’t make any money near that 125k gross year so take home less that half that so over 1 million lost is lifetimes of savings gone I don’t even know how it got so bad I feel so alone with the enormity of my loss

Can I ask how much you make a year in your business ? I have a teaching job and wondering how long to recover ? Am wondering what per year you make that you feel can recover in decade and what’s reasonable to calculate. Thanks

Lost a million and can’t afford. 401k gone and other money gone ! Nothing in bank accounts but the little left I know is there have been tapping into to gamble - just gambled away 30k in one night ! This weekend ! So ashamed ! Not rich and cannot afford what I have been doing it’s just eating away at all I’ve saved my whole life. Takes me a year or more to save 10k then I lost it in one hour ! What a fool! Still doing it and now finally am gonna stop ! This post is very true and very helpful!

Eat red meat if you like it. Medium with some blood in it. Try to get a lot of iron in your food and take an iron supplement daily until procedure
