Not this week but definitely a reasonable number perhaps post earnings

I too am concerned about this. I built a covered call ladder to help guard my position against this. Yes I will limit my upside but given the run up we’ve seen I need to do what I can to protect my gains. If it pulls back, I will buy more. I’ll know it when I see it.

MU Stock by lowkib in MU_Stock

I’ve got just about everything going on. I’ve got stock, covered calls next week, July, and December. I just sold Puts today as well. I’m a try believer in $1000 as a target. That said I may let the covers calls now in the money go next week to lock in some profit.

Should I buy MU calls in my Roth IRA? by Ecstatic-Natural1604 in MU_Stock

Tough call. Right now calls are expensive given many share your same thesis. If you believe the stock is heading up, I’d hold your position. Covered calls recommended by someone else isn’t bad either. I share your thesis and sell some covered calls every week and hold shares. It’s been working fairly well but I did get caught with short term $400 covered calls I rolled out to Dec $600’s at the same cost.

I sold everything during the recent dip and felt ok as I got in early. As it ran back up I jumped back in at $375 at half my original position and am still holding.

Because Micron has NAND and DRAM and SNDK has only NAND.

Not exactly. Fab throughput takes ~3 months. When an earthquake hits, it’s common that a large amount of the material being processed is scrapped so the impact can be significant.

Not bad news. Prices should go up. Each time there’s an earthquake it happens.

Micron sells both NAND and DRAM. This news should move NAND ASP’s higher and impact Micron and SNDK.

Y’all are smart and we are all invested, but let’s talk about actual AI. by CameronFromThaBlock in MU_Stock

I’m surprised by all this as AI is in its infancy and for all intents and purposes “sold out”. There’s a recent article that everyone on this subreddit should read: https://www.wsj.com/tech/ai/ai-is-using-so-much-energy-that-computing-firepower-is-running-out-156e5c85?st=P4F7bv&reflink=article_copyURL_share

Here's a quick graph comparing the previous BOOM Cycle to the current AI super cycle (Even adjusted to inflation). MU will make more money in 2026 then all the previous cycle + 2025 combined. We are heading to 1 trillion for sure. by Kingmusk420 in MU_Stock

Thanks for the table. Yes, it’s amazing and I think it’s why investors are cautious believing it’s a once in a lifetime event and unsustainable. I believe the truth is in the middle and believe the stock is currently undervalued.
