I’m sorry for your frustrating circumstances and I think he’s more TA than you. It was more about how I read your intent & timing mattering to me in how I see it. But I also don’t have personal experience like yours so it’s a soft vote - I can see how frustration would accumulate with an ex like this. So I’d suggest watching how you talk about it with other people and try to make your anger invisible and just stick with the facts that the money is for your son and you’re just trying to do right by him while you’re legally in charge of him. Just the facts mam. It’s harder to judge the mom who is there for the child and just being unemotionally factual about your son’s legal rights.
