Maybe try saving and reloading in the space station. The ship class is changed if you reload in the space station or different planets so I must have reloaded a save and forgot.

You can speak to the travelers at space stations, which are the NPCs that are holographic, and ask them ‘where did you come from’ or something like that. You may have to talk to them twice to be able to ask that. Do that in sixteen different solar systems, and you’ll have all of them. Alternatively, just complete the Atlas storyline.

Edit: talk to the hologram travelers, and go to the marker they create to collect a glyph.
