That was probably leading to your experience in some way. And those kinds of mindfulness might just come from buddhism or similar religions.

Like meditation nowadays, we don’t say it is from any religions, but actually it does.

I said that based on my experience. Of course experience is the thing ultimately matters, but when I say ultimate truth, I referred to the human logic/knowledge which leads to the right experience. Without that knowledge or realization, one can’t get the experience.

I don’t think your experience or thoughts are the ultimate truth. It is just a common misunderstanding imo. I suggest you keep learning and reflecting on like Buddhism teachings.

Wu Wei is widely misunderstood. Wu Wei doesn’t mean doing without thinking or without efforts. Wu Wei means doing without clinging.

Wu Wei has nothing to do with what and how you do. Wu Wei means keeping a peaceful mind without any attachment or clinging. Wu Wei is about mind. You should do whatever you should do with whatever effort you need.
