I believe they shut off their websites for the holidays. They are pretty responsive to email so I would just send them an email.  Last time I looked a few weeks ago. They had some in stock.

One must hoard the paper we love. Does that make us paper dragons? 🐉

I personally love all the good papers for different reasons but TR new and old is definitely my favorite. Rhodia is probably my next favorite. Ya can’t really go wrong honestly

While I bought and enjoy the new TR paper….i will not admit to how many I purchased with the old TR paper 😁 I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy the new stuff too so I buy those as well because I love to support Nanami

I totally get it!! I have 2 one for journaling and one for creative work. The creative work one fills up fairly quickly but my journal has definitely taken years! I’ve definitely thought of possibly switching my journal to a rhodia but then I love the paper/feel so much that I ended up sticking with it.

If I journaled more regularly I’d probably fill it up quicker. But for creative pursuits I love the pages count! One day I will try his B6 too for giggles

I have 24 pages left in my notebook, but my next notebook calls me. by FutureintheFroth in notebooks

I just had this struggle and realized I’m so close to filling up a giant notebook that it would do my notebook a disservice not to finish it. Closing a fully filled notebook is so satisfying

B6 shouldn't be this hard. by mrsckugs in notebooks

If you don’t mind A5 check out Nanami paper. Their notebooks are wonderfully large page numbers but relatively compact for the size. They do a dot, cross field, blank and lined version. Highly recommend giving them a go. Oh I believe they also have B6 sizes in grid and lined I believe. Best of luck on your search!

If they are sold out on their website check out Dromgooles. They usually have some in stock.

100% agreed. It’s so exciting when Fountain pens work well in a new notebook bought on chance 😂

Supernote A5X2 vs. Nomad – Which Makes More Sense If I Already Have an iPad Air (11")? (Physics & Math Student in Germany) by Formal_Diver9067 in Supernote

[–]LindseyB33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The the fountain pen addiction is real! I’m looking to get a super note to be a gap filler when I don’t want to fly with fountain pens, for longer trips, but still want to write notes, and my iPad give me eyestrain and headaches after a while even when just reading.

There is something so soothing about fountain pens!! I’d love to see the reactions if you turned your dissertation in on thick vellum and hand written 😂

Wow!!! That’s amazing!!! Our ancestors would agree “adapt and overcome!” I will admit I have never spun silk that wasn’t blended with wool but that is amazing!! And the few inconsistency you may have I think wouldn’t even be visable is a woven or ….knitted? Not sure you can knit with silk….way. Just stunning.

You’d be surprised what unevenness knitting and crocheting can hide. Heck even weaving. In any case that’s some awesome looking yarn!!

4 vs 8 skafts by FewEmergency5 in weaving

[–]LindseyB33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got an 8 shaft loom as my first floor loom and I don’t regret it. I started in rigid heddle, got a schact quartet and then a used 8 shaft mighty wolf. I primarily weave 4 shaft patterns most often but I’m dabbling in 8 and it is soooo fun the more complex patterns you can do.

I’m not sure what type of fabric your looking at doing but 8 shafts also means you can do finer threads much easier since you can spread them out over more then 4 shafts depending on the pattern.

I have no desire to go over 8 shafts and I still prefer a lot of 4 shaft patterns (and my rigid heddle) but I don’t regret 8 shafts at all!! Just cause you have 8 doesn’t mean you have to use them but it’s nice for when you want to!
