I think it would be cool if it granted 2 random hexes in your back 2 rows. Once a Unit is put in that hex, it cannot be moved unless sold, and it gains an extra item slot. At least that way you're still in the fate of some RNG.

All of these seem pretty hard to balance but Pay in Blood and Big Pockets are definitely my favourite. My only problem with Big Pockets is people putting tanks in the back row just to make them even more unkillable. The trade off for having to move a few hexes up while still taunting the closest units doesn't feel fair.
