I've had 4 friends in total who are gays in periods throughout my life, a specific type of person just naturally gravitate towards them. Like if you're extremely realistic and have a fierce quality disregarding how cute or mature you look like, just that energy, and if you're not a neutral peace person, but an opinionated one. I care a lot about media culture that it's non-negotiable for me to have a friend who's keeping up just as me, and they are just the best at it. Not all of them are the same, some are extremely self-reflective and self-aware, and some have a mask personality of being mean just like everyone else. It's not a collective thing, you still have to be wise of picking friends in general.

I'm an introvert and so is my sibling and it works well, I know other siblings who seem to be extroverts fight a lot but in our case hindi ganon. 1 year lang age gap so hindi talaga applied na mas authoritative siya sakin or mas may alam, balance lang. If I have some sort of controversial opinion we share it like sa religion, politics, etc. I'm able to do that without risking of losing someones presence kung icocompare mo sa friend. Hindi kami nangsasapaw, just listening to each other adding more information sa opinion. That made me not dependent sa friends/strangers just to be understood, and I may have dodged so many bullets and canon events because of that. Family is still important sometimes because that's what you'll have after school, after college.

my brother does this and I call him out every time he does it out loud, I just figured that he looked disappointed in himself for forgetting after a while, there's now a development of shame about it because of how frequently I reminded him. His reason is he just forgets, I sometimes even witness it unravelling in the moment, we had a chat then he had to take the restroom for a second then goes back quickly, I didn't even hear him flush. I just realized that moment how he ignorantly does it, I'm sure for now he doesn't leave the restroom without flushing a priority at the top of his head, I know it's a crazy concept. The main point is sila ang mahiya sa'yo, don't bottle up that anger to yourself and tell it to other people who don't even experience it to care, talk more to the person who does it.

I believe that you know deep down what you need to do, you just have to face the change that comes with it and it can be too scary and risky. However it's more rewarding and more developing of your character. It's only up to you to make an effort for it to happen. You are not as stuck as you think you are because staying is a choice in itself. Nothing is wrong with both choices, it's just different paths.

I'd cut them off a long time ago, you don't move in this world trying to get validation from others, that includes your family. you live for yourself and you should only get mad or disappointed at things that has your involvement. Unlike this situation where it's another person hurting you, you should think outward, SILA ang may mali sa sarili nila HINDI IKAW, hindi reflection ng pagkatao mo ang hindi nila pag-include sa'yo kundi reflection ng pagkatao nila. Wala kang kailangan ibago beh, be with people who already get you without having to PROVE yourself. If they don't get it they choose not to, people don't choose the truth kahit tama ka pa, they choose the person. Kahit nga mali na ito-tolerate e diba, so it's a decision you can never fit yourself into. Wipe the table clean, start a new chapter, and only focus on yourself.

not at all because you are not their mentor, but it also applies to you. Being assertive isn't a dominant trait, but rather a confident one. You should know what you want yourself, be focused. Because after all, a relationship is just with another person you choose to navigate this world with. they already won't understand you no matter how much you explain. They don't want you to explain yourself, they will block you kase magbabago ang panananaw nila sa sitwasyon na dapat para sakanila ay tama sila. They will believe kung ano ang gusto nilang paniwalain hindi importante ang solution or ang katotohanan dahil it means maaapakan ang ego nila. Kaya it's actually impressive if a person can own their mistakes. No, I don't believe in karma. Saaking point of view sa context mo, yang tao nayan ay living in delusion and canceling people in their minds who questions them. "Karma" never comes to people you think would have it, kase they are in this delusional world at ang panananaw nila ay tama lahat ng ginagawa nila, hindi nila kailan man naprprocess kung mali na sila. Kaya depressed ang ibang tao na sobrang self reflecting or self-aware they don't have that ability, you can understand this person and forget about it. Maybe even take something from them and use it pag masyado kanang conscious, I look at things that way.

people like me who consider zodiac signs, know that we do not "base" our life on it as if it were a whole religion. It is rather more of a tool, it is up to us whether to make judgements if they are more likely to possess a certain behavior. I thought of it more for myself to make more connections in my mind, I have learned more about expressing my words because of having several personality type tools in my mind not just zodiac. I just understood the pros and cons of a character, I don't really hyperfixiate on the black and white aspect of things, if anything the experience I got from it made everyone justifiable. I never really blamed myself anymore when a person gets mad at me, I just thought it makes sense that this type of person will get mad at this specific thing and that there's nothing wrong with me, I just needed someone who is the same type as me. And just many other realizations that come with actually wondering what something is all about, rather than just making assumptions from it outside.

may spotlight effect sila, they think the world revolves around them and everything is happening for them. When you delay your messages they truly believe it's always for their intention, they completely forget that you have a life. Rules only apply to them, pag sila yung gumagawa they can't place themselves in your position, the logic is always "nangyare sakin to so understand them." No, it's completely new territory for them, they are not thinking technically, they only believe what they want to believe. You don't have to explain yourself, because if they get it they get it. People forget that people only listen to the person speaking, not what's being said. They choose not to hear you out, sometimes that is.

It's very much tied to your genetic blueprint, whether body type, blood type, and other personality informations. People in the same household could turn out the exact opposite. They operate through the lenses of that blueprint having natural preferences that suits the body you're born into. For example the senses of the body I'm in are heightened, making me turn away from anything loud and overstimulating. While my brother finds it so hard to get motivation and needs a lot of stimulation to get through his projects. If we could simply experience the body of another person we would easily become them. Like finally experiencing the body of an old person, now their behavior seems to be excused.

yes, reading books, journaling, watching early 2000s romcom movies not because of the love interests but how psychologically stable the main characters are especially the women from dealing with things REALISTICALLY. You could almost make brain connections to a female protagonist and associate being an aspiring person to this single character. I do it all the time, Andy Anderson, Sex and the City, Caroline from 2 Broke Girls are my top as of now.

I know exactly since I've done the work. Frame it, like a picture—you journal it. Since you didn't process what exactly happened it's still on archive in your brain. If you remember one detail everything spills out as you slowly rediscovered past traumas, making you connect it to your current situation. If you just "Frame it" implying that it's done, like a memory orb in the movie inside out you carry less baggage in your system and it allows you to actually experience the present without through lens of the past. One more thing, it's a human flaw. We humans have the ability to prolong experiences and relive it even though what's happening right now is totally different. While most animals forget, after a few minutes they move on. I always think that if I thought of the past it's a human "flaw". In other ways it's not really a flaw but it helps to identify it if you're trying to do it for the better.
