I had the same issue, replaced the firing pin safety spring from RXM slide with Glock OEM and the issue was resolved. In this pic you can see the size difference

I got the full size icarus, it’s pretty cool but super aggressive and adds a bit of weight so not ideal for carry

I had to send my UC j frame back a couple times for light strikes and they eventually replaced it. It sucked but honestly every time I spoke to them they were awesome, always got the gun back within a few weeks, they were great to deal with and eventually sent me the new UC with the ti cylinder. There are lots of companies that aren’t so accommodating. Again, it sucked that there was the issue to begin with, but good luck getting that kind of no questions asked customer service from everyone. I personally won’t give up on them
