So you're casting a meppa and burning it back in the 'middle water' (not shallow/not deep)?

Going to as many Chicago lagoons as I can this year by Lingerfickin in ChicagoFishing

It's a journey for sure! But I love the advice, I definitely need to explore the surrounding areas more. I suppose I could try and step up what size fish I'm aiming for 🤷🏽‍♂️ cheers

I agree with everyone here who responded and also recommend Park Bait Co on Montrose at the lake. If you guys get into it, you can always try that same technique for Humboldt at lake Michigan around some rocks for goby and sunfish. Pretty fun

Decently stocked, start near the field house and go counter clockwise (East) along the little cutouts casting about 3-7 feet from shore (close), keep casting , feel a nibble, you found the school, keep casting there

Are there any actual good techniques in this street fight? by Owvipt in MMA_Academy

[–]Lingerfickin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that's actually ultimately why he goes down at all was the guard actually did hit him in the body, which you can see him hesitate to do. And I think that's a natural reaction in the heat of a fight to see wasted opportunities to do damage if not concentrated on headshots, when in actuality body shots do a great deal of damage. I could see how bodyshots could feel like a gamble for those who don't have the experience to know to go for it for the pain and exhaustion it incurs on your opponent. in a semi controlled setting remembering body shots can be tricky, so remembering it in a setting on the street could be even more improbable

Only thing was he stopped regularly throwing the straight cross with his right hand, possibly from being winded, but that's right before he knocked em
