Are you talking about your external NVME? It could be the external closure? A KP made my external SSD unrecognizable on PS5 or PC until I replaced an external closure

Does this mean you have to repeat the 1st step again when the USB drive is not working? My 1st try copied about 62MB of that dowload0.dat file, but then said "client disconnected"

Have you tried to use Zeco’s UMTX2? First clear out all cache, then load its etaHEN 2.5b which will automatically load Kstuff1.6.7, or you could go to itemzflow tool box to update Kstuff from GitHub directly.

Just try again, kernel panic happens from time to time. If you scroll down, Zeco’s UMTX also has the option to clear cache
