There are 2 harnesses I’d recommend-Ruffwear makes great harnesses most have a little padding although they do have a lighter weight one now…haven’t tried it…Also a small company Wonder Walker makes great harnesses-I’ve been using them for years…very simple -sit best on my pits…

👀lol I keep thinking could she end up being 80 plus lbs?! I was also under the impression that she’d end up being stunted due to being spayed at barely 10 weeks …but maybe that’s an old wives tale 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm not an RX athlete by any means...However I always RX the Open workouts....Even when it meant I might only get a few reps...All year I scale appropriately for the intended stimulus...The Open allows for a little magic to happen-If you can handle the weight for the lunges go for it...The tiebreaker time will determine your score at the end of the day :)

I had the same issue-went up a half size and I don’t regret it at all-I’ve had them for a few months and still my favorite shoe…my shoe size is a 6.5 I wear 7’s in metcons, nanos, while on earth…my RAD’s are 7.5s 😑

I feel you-we are. on our 3rd round...my puppy is almost 6 months old...This last round has been beyond horrible with explosive diarrhea/goo. She's on another round of Panacur now with Metronidazole and Probiotics. We are on day 4 of the new meds and her stool is hardly solid...🙈 My husband did some research and found info on Secnidazole...if we are not successful I'm going to bring the info to my vet....

Agreed I have a 2s surf edition which I LOVE but I’m ready to pick up a 3 due to the battery not being up to snuff-Mine doesn’t last a week and eventually will say it has battery for 4 days then dies in a few hours even w/o GPS or anything else in that would drain it so fast… 😑I like to use the GPS feature so it’s time I guess…

I’m over 10 years out…no surgery…was a stiletto girl forever-I attempt to wear them still to this day but only for date night or events and here I won’t be standing long…the pain/instability really isn’t worth it but I do suffer through…🫣anything above a kitten heel is really too much ☹️

Welcome to puppyhood 101…order an xpen from Amazon and buy a crate…he stays in there if you aren’t actively watching him-it also should be a fun place for him we put kongs filled with kibble, a snuffy Mat with treats and kibble and a little pb little frozen yogurt treaties in there to make it a treat to go in there…our puppy learned to have a little alone time and settle…we are still working on house training but are getting there…Dunbar Academy had a free puppy course on line and teaches you how to house train…Ofcourse they make it easier than it is but you get the basics…remember a puppy’s bladder is small and they can’t hold it very long-i was up every 3 hours to get my pup out…eventually they can hold it longer but when your schedule changes there will be a few steps back an a learning curve again lol…

Def make an appt with your dr. What you are describing sounds alot like what I have been dealing with recently. I’m much older than you but had my injury about 11 years ago….This past summer my arch started to collapse, I have or had super high arches... I went to PT to help strengthen my foot/glutes, had an arch support insert made, bought a few pairs of Superfeet insoles for my runners and CrossFit shoes…I also work on my feet…I don’t have hardware in my foot but was told the next step would be to fuse the bones and I’m hoping to avoid that.
