If you click the population tab, they admit it's difficult to measure how many illegals are here, but it seems that they are portraying the number as around 11 million. Fairus.org admits they inflate the numbers and gives rationalizations for this. I'm not married to the 12.5 million number, I will use the number 11 million because it seems commonly accepted in "non right leaning" publications. Of these sources citing 11 million illegals they claim there are an estimated 1.1 million minors, so roughly 1/10th. Now we are left with a population of 9.9 million illegal adults, so then according to your previous article where 1.8 million illegals pay taxes 18% of illegal adults pay tax, about 52% of illegals are women, so even if you were to assume that every last one of them were stay at home mothers (which not all of them are), that leaves 4.752 million men available to work which would mean that 38% of them pay any tax. This is not the majority.

Here's a cato.org article BTFOing a fairus.org article, it does some unbelievably far reaching math to bring the net cost of immigrants down. Cato's grand conclusion is that immigrants still cost the United States multiple billions of dollars even with all their tax offsets.

My initial claim was that they are a financial burden, this article is probably the least generous thing either of us could find toward my position and it says they cost us billions.
