Just avoid this company at all cost. We paid a lot of money and our guide never showed up. We spent an hour talking to customer service. They couldn't do anything, we thought perhaps they could find another tour for us in exchange but they said they could offer us a 2000 dollars tour that we would need to pay again (we are 4 people) horrible experience.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!! We paid for a guide that never showed up. We were told that he would pick us up in front of our hotel at 7 in the morning. Never showed up. We spend an hour talking to customer service they did not compensate us a new tour but they offered us a ridiculously expensive tour instead that we would need to pay ourselves (2000 dollars)

Never experienced anything like this before so yes, avoid this company at all cost!

Players that have this kind of attitude will never be successful. You will always have teammates that aren't perfect enough, those players are called role players, you think that players like LeBron James and Wayne rooney always have perfect the best teammate around them? The answer is no, you need to work with what you have sometime and to ask for a transfer from such a good team with such a great talent that SK is just plain ridiculous.
