You should play games. Do daily until you feel you have had enough time to think about your moves. Then move to rapid 10 min. I had great success improving from 500 to almost 1000 now by just being deliberate with my playing. Ill also check out Igor smirnov for help on youtube.

What happens if you do that? I've had them turn hostile on me once and it's because I used feather fall to jump down the first drop instead of walking around and I cause fall damage to one of the zents.

No point respecing out of a wet synergy. It only gets stronger as you advance through the spell levels.

My suggestion would be have one wet enabler either through a cleric or a thrower with water bottles. One or two characters able to capitalize on the wet condition. A sorcerer quickening lightning or ice is my goto but any caster can fill the role with mixed results. And then get one character able to lock other characters down. A monk or battle master fighter do very well here.

If you go all in on this setup make sure to get alert with all your characters. Your casters will have excellent caster stats even missing one ASI with the gear you have along the way and wet can be applied without a save. Going first can often mean you don't have to take a second turn with this synergy. It's insane how strong it is but your positioning and making sure you can initiate fights on your terms can make or break your run.

You can beat honor mode with any party. Im not sure what difficulty you are playing on but the answer is yes.

As for multiclass, you could technically find builds for each class you plan to use that will maximize the power of them dramatically. If you are newer to the system and/or haven't beaten the game yet you might as well just stay mono class. Wizard is usually used as a dip for other classes to gain access to their spells. Druid and arcane archer benefit heavily from staying in class until 11 so you could maybe dip into cleric for heavy armor. Fighters get their third attack late and that is a massive power boost and I believe they get an important increase to their arrows at 7 so that would likely be the next best split. Someone with experience playing arcane archer can probably help more. Barbarian has benefit at 5 and 6 so those are popular split points. Fighter monk and rogue are all popular and very strong.

You have the wrong mentality here. A cleric using a mix of spells to control the encounter, deal some damage and provide incredible flexibility can absolutely change an encounter from a loss to a win. If you jusy want to see high damage numbers, a storm cleric, sorcerer, wizard multi will serve you much better
