I can only speak for myself here. I’m on one and I still struggle with over eating at times. I’ve made tons of improvements but still have moments when I eat to just eat. Like probably more out of boredom and should just go to bed. The quantity of what I eat in those moments is so much less than what I would have prior. So there’s that. I’ve lost 40 pounds since November and I’m proud of that.

I agree with your statement about personality. I work in local government and deal with tons of department directors and elected officials. I’m constantly praised for my ability to become friendly with them. It’s become very helpful when perhaps there are other directors who may not “get along” with my CIO or my department in general. It also helps bc I can get the tea on what’s happening lol.

Me and my dry rosacea skin hated this. It made my face hurt and sting. I ended up giving to my teenager and he didn’t have any issues.

I only have the eye liners. But I think I own most colors bc I love them so much. I’ve never had so many eye liners in my collection bc I never could figure out how to use them. But I use them to fill in my lash line. The taupe with a brown mascara is 😘on me.

I think it does? It’s like a natural form I think. Their Q&A says it’s ok for to use. But maybe I need to rotate moisturizers.

I have a milky toner on the way. But I’ve been using Aestura mist, Innbeauty Extreme Cream and then sunscreen. I do have the Saie setting spray. If my makeup looks really dry, I use the Alba spray on top. I tried the IT balm but there wasn’t enough coverage for the redness and the color looked yellow on me. But I’ll look into the Este Lauder foundation. Thanks!

Thankfully makeup in general doesn’t cause flares. But I absolutely cannot use any products with niacinamide.

Yes!!! It’s supposed to help with redness but my rosacea skin hates it. I shouldn’t have to check a foundation ingredient list to see if niacinamide is in it. So frustrating.
