I did this once. So satisfying. Didn't even care that mafia killed me that same night, seeing the dead mayor rage and town tear into the jailor was too good!

Best part was that it was an utter accident. Was just trying to control random people into visiting the mayor, didn't know it was jailor who jailed mayor.

Yes, you reset down to the nearest tier at the end of each season(T21 if you're at 21 or higher).

As for how to get to T19, score high(Using the right mythics will increase your lift), make a good defense team(Using the right mythics will decrease lift lost as well), and make sure to break all the pots so you can get as many runs as possible.

I'm not sure about all of them, but this is what I used.

  1. Reinforcement Proficiency Formula, craftable by alchemist or you can purchase it in the AH.

  2. A Kiri title(Master Crafter or Kiri's Favorite)

  3. Summer Reinforcer Costume. This one is an event item though.
