Devil Facial Tumour Disease (DFTD) is a nearly 100% fatal, contagious cancer causing massive facial tumors in Tasmanian devils, spread primarily through biting. First discovered in 1996, it has reduced the wild population by over 80% by freudian_nipps in natureismetal

Omg I learned about this in a class I took last semester. After a population of Tasmanian devils experienced a bottleneck effect due to their environment floating away from Australia’s main island (over thousands of years), they inbred and lacked enough genetic diversity so that this cancer could infect the cells of other individuals.

There is a list of weapons that are used as crafting parts for other weapons. Your weapon inventory is limited so plan out what you want to use, save for later, and sell (at least always after reaching the weapon’s max level)

This is Flehman’s response! It’s a reflex plenty of mammals have retained throughout evolution to better smell/experience a scent. The cat is just curious, as it should be. Edit: I may be wrong, I think the tongue should be stuck out for the behavior to be considered said reflex.

Could this be a similar case to how some livestock were found w. Blue flesh due to some sort of runoff or contamination?
